Reliable and secure dedicated servers with 100% NVME Storage and 99.9% SLA.
A dedicated server is a "shared nothing" computer. All of its resources (CPU, memory, storage) are allocated exclusively to you. Dedicated servers provide high performance, consistently and reliably.
No, our dedicated servers run a thin hypervisor layer. This allows BinaryLane to offer the full range of our platform's features and remove the need for scheduled outages during hardware maintenance.
CentOS, Ubuntu, and Windows Server are all available as pre-installed images. You may also "bring your own ISO" to run other operating systems like Debian or FreeBSD.
What is BinaryLane?
BinaryLane is an Australian provider of VPS hosting (Virtual Private Server) and dedicated server hosting services in Australia.
Where are Binary Lane servers located?
BinaryLane dedicated servers are hosted in Australia at NextDC S1 in Sydney, NextDC M2 in Melbourne, and NextDC B2 in Brisbane.
Can I change my plan after signup?
Your server can be customised at any time - CPU, memory, and storage may be modified from our control panel on demand. You are billed by the hour for the resources you select - for example, if you, increase your memory over the weekend, you will only be billed for the extra resources for that time period.
How long does it take to get a server after ordering?
As little as 30 seconds. The provisioning process is entirely automated - as soon as you've completed signing up, your server will be created before your very eyes.
Will I get root/administrator access?
Yes, the login account is "root" on Linux and "Administrator" on Windows with full control over all aspects of the server.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, each server can be cancelled at any time through the BinaryLane control panel. BinaryLane is billed by the hour, so once cancelled we will generate an invoice for the number of hours the server existed (or since the last monthly invoice was issued).
